I’m Dani, and I created Tismo Test Kitchen to share my love for healthy, whole-food, plant-based recipes and clean, sustainable living. I’ve followed a whole-foods plant-based diet for over 10 years and discovered that eating this way can be simple, affordable, and so good for you!
The market for vegan products exploded over the past decade and I found that a of lot products, such as meat and dairy replacements are generally expensive and full of all sorts of mystery ingredients, giving the plant-based movement a bad rep for promoting very unhealthy and heavily processed products. I find this a shame, for I have found that this diet and lifestyle holds so many benefits, both for you and your family's health and wallet!
On this blog, I offer a collection of easy, seasonal, whole foods plant-based meals (ranging from easy weeknight dinners, work lunches, meal prep plans on a budget, veganized comfort foods and wholesome experiments to make meat and dairy replacements at home, with clean ingredients), as well as clean, homemade skincare, cleaning hacks and sustainable living tips to help you embrace a more mindful lifestyle with what nature has to offer.
